Tomato Tarte Provencale
Posted By: Susan Forrest on Jun 28, 2019
Team Susan Forrest's resident culinary expert, Chef Byron, highly recommends this fabulous vegetarian dish that takes only 30 minutes to make!
Puff pastry, ripe tomatoes, mustard and herb come together to create a simple rustic tomato tart with the taste of Provence. Chef Byron recommends using fresh farm-grown tomatoes (of course), and prefers Tenderflake puff pastry...garnish with fresh basil and serve with a nicely dressed green salad...it's heaven-on-a-plate! Team SF member Kerry gives this a 5-out-of-5 on the Extra-Yummy Scale!!
Here's the recipe from recipe30.com.
