From our very first interaction with Susan,….we were more than impressed with Susan’s knowledge of the marketplace, her vast experience and her total ‘Professionalism’ in explaining and walking us through the process..! We were first stuck with how attentive she was to our multitude of questions, and the reaction to our on-going range of questions, every step of the way, was equally as responsive…! At no time did we ever feel that we had bombarded her with unnecessary questions, as she treated each with the same degree of importance..! A similar experience was conveyed each and every time that we were in-touch with the support ‘Team’, or the office, as we received the same degree of respect and support in obtaining the required answers. We had a particularly unusual series of challenges which saw us first negotiating a successful purchase of the property, however, due to extenuating medical circumstances, well beyond our control, we had to bail out of the purchase, at the very last minute….! Susan took the entire matter in stride,…..actually encouraging us to collapse the transaction, for the time being, and to revisit the thought of purchasing in the future, once the medical issues had been successfully resolved.
