I relocated to Parksville last fall, after having sold my condo in Burnaby. The search for my new home was guided and supported with great patience from Team Susan Forrest and specifically from Roger Deveau, while I considered a few different options within the limits of my affordability. Roger and his wife Sarah are themselves smitten with life in Oceanside, and their knowledge and enthusiasm for helping me to relocate in Parksville made them a pleasure to work with. I can’t say enough good things about the Susan Forrest Team. They all are so professional to deal with. Richard was my realtor but I had dealings with most of the team and they were amazing. Sara spent hours with me staging my house and it was so helpful. They have such great photographers doing your home’s photos and video my comment when I saw the pictures was “ when can I move in” it looked so good. I appreciated the feedback from viewings and booking showings was done well. You couldn’t find a nicer more caring realtor than Richard.
