She grew up in Oceanside, graduated from Ballenas Secondary School, and later studied Hotel and Restaurant Management. Her 22-year career in hospitality shaped her intuitive understanding of people, service excellence, and attention to detail—skills that now define her real estate practice. Since transitioning into real estate in 2001, Susan has built a career distinguished by consistency, integrity, and results.
Susan’s dedication has earned her membership in Royal LePage’s prestigious National Chairman’s Club since 2010, along with recognition as British Columbia’s #1 Real Estate Team in 2014, 2023, and 2024. In 2017, Susan was awarded Royal LePages Realtor of the Year for British Columbia.
