Cardio Dance Club: Errington Series
We are excited to offer this FUN fitness class again starting in October. Cardio Dance Club is a follow-along dance fitness class. It is open to all skill and fitness levels. So get your groove on and follow along as our instructor, Jen deHaan, guides you through a series of choreographed dance moves. Each class will feature a mix of modern radio hits and old-school classics. Jen's enthusiasm will encourage you to get your heart rate up and your feet moving.

Progressing from the Yoga Fundamentals class series, this class deepens the foundation of Iyengar Yoga standing poses as well as continued development of the seated poses, twists, balancing postures, shoulder stand and deep relaxation. Kadence is a new duo that plays a wide veriety of music like jazz, swing, folk, celtic, and bluegrass. These young musicians are very accomplished artist. Both of them teach fiddle groups at Cross Canada Fiddle and both have private fiddle and violin students. The duo covers tunes as well as writes them. The instrumentation is fiddle, guitar, and piano.
