Kids Celebrate!

On Saturday, November 10th, join us at the museum to celebrate the 5th day of Diwali, the Hindu festival of light. The 5th day of Diwali traditionally celebrates the relationship between brothers and sisters, perfect for family time at the Museum! This is the last event in the Kids Celebrate! Saturdays series.
From 11:00am to 2:00pm, visitors can:

Learn about geometric, colourful Rangoli patterns with the lightbox in Kids Celebrate!
Try drawing your own Rangoli pattern in chalk on our mini slates!

Explore the Kids Celebrate! exhibit before it leaves on November 24th!
This event is free, and no registration is required. All activities are available on a drop-in basis – come in at any time 11-2 to participate. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Activities are geared towards children ages 5-12.
