The Mid Island Surface Design Group presents ‘CONNECT THE DOT’S’, a gallery welcoming collection of strikingly colorful, patterned pieces that celebrate ‘DOT’S’.
This exhibiting group of artists uses an array of surface design processes to create work that ranges from thought provoking to fun, and is always rich with creative energy.

Create two figures with character from imagination. We will make a delightfully textured, experimental underpainting. From there we will find our figure and employ reductive painting techniques.
You will work on two 4×12” canvases.

Using the keep it simple principle, Connie will introduce you to just a few rules that will give you confidence in your fruit tree pruning adventures. This is a hands on class, so bring your pruning tools! Dress warm, wear rain proof clothing as appropriate, and bring a thermos with a warm beverage as this class will be outside, rain or shine.
