Join us for fun activities including games, art, music, and indoor/outdoor activities. This group is for adults ages 19-30s who are experiencing mental health challenges such as depression and anxiety. We will be meeting at the Dragonfly Den (at the back of the blue house) at 3:30 and then sometimes staying at the house or exploring our local community. Participate in a safe and comfortable environment. 3:30-5:45pm

Enjoy a scenic chairlift ride up to an elevation of 1500 metres. This ride offers spectacular views of the Salish Sea and the oldest provincial park in the Province of B.C. After your ride up, enjoy a hike down the winding Linton's Loop Trail that takes you back to the base of Mount Washington.

Splish Splash Everyone Welcome Swim
Splish splash everyone welcome swims at Ravensong Aquatic Centre are a water adventure you don't want to miss. The lifeguards are going to bring out all the pool toys for you to enjoy. From the rope swing to the snake to the dino ribs there will be water play for everyone. Regular admission. Monday July 2nd from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.
