Activities for Young Adults

Join us for fun activities including games, art, music, and indoor/outdoor activities. This group is for adults ages 19-30s who are experiencing mental health challenges such as depression and anxiety. We will be meeting at the Dragonfly Den (at the back of the blue house) at 3:30 and then sometimes staying at the house or exploring our local community. Participate in a safe and comfortable environment. 3:30-5:45pm
