Gentle Hatha is a mindful and meditative approach to opening the body with softness.
Shauna teaches an overall balanced yoga class with postures that move the spine in all directions and incorporating balance postures, floor work and mindfulness practice- pranayama/yoga nidra etc. Emphasis on breath, relaxation, balance, strength and stretch. This class is complete with opportunities for self-care bringing forth surrender and release with nurturing and ease.
