Comfort. Strength. AND Movement Freedom! Yes, you can have all three, all at the same time!
In these classes, explore how to open up your body's freedom, comfort - and strength. Become curious about how you move. Discover new movement that feels good - AND works better - for whatever it is you love to do.
Based in deep biomechanical principles and the intelligence of your own nervous system, you will explore how to work WITH your smart body (instead of against it, eh...). You might be surprised at what becomes possible - and even enjoyable!
Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in. Bring your curiosity, a mat, and a towel you can scrunch up to use as padding or a pillow when needed .
These are drop-in classes. You are always welcome. I look forward to meeting you there!
