It has been almost 6 years since the last triennial quilt show due to Covid and this one will be spectacular.
There will be over 400 quilts on display, a very large merchant mall and a fabulous boutique filled with hand quilted and sewn items. The three days will be filled with door prizes, 5 raffle quilts, challenge quilts demos and gift basket raffles.
We are a non profit organization and proceeds from our show and sale help to fund our charitable donations for 3 years. We supply quilts and quilted items to all of Oceanside from Parksville/Qualicum to Courtenay/Comox, Port Alberni and ...more info

Strengthen & tone all muscle groups with weight bearing exercises. Must have the ability to stand for about 45 min and lift light to moderate weights. Class begins with a warm-up followed by muscle group work for the entire body. The last 15 minutes of class is on the floor, strengthening your core, stability, and balance; finishing with stretching. Bring your own weights (1-5 pounds), a mat, towel, and water.
