The Arbutus Toastmasters Club is in Parksville BC and meets every Monday night from 7:00PM - 9:00PM (except statutory holidays). We help people from diverse backgrounds become more confident speakers, communicators, and leaders. Total Body with Pam
Everyone welcome general multi-level class with weight/strength component. This class may be held outside weather permitting.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class with your water, mat, comfortable clothing and running shoes that support your feet and ankles. Weights are optional for all classes (please bring your own). Wear your mask when entering and exiting the building.
