A combination of aerobic conditioning, strength training using resistance or weight equipment, and core conditioning, including a focus on back care tips and postural alignment.

Fibre Arts Network presents Threads of Hope. Threads of Hope is an exhibition of 52 artworks by 48 fibre artists, each personally interpreting hope (or lack thereof) for the future. These exhibition pieces flow from one to the other with a ‘thread of hope’ connecting them. Thus, completing a line of artists, joining forces to improve our world.

KIT FEE $30: The KIT FEE includes copper, use of enamels, torches, fuel, sifters, stencils and other necessary supplies and consumables during the class. Pay cash at door to the instructor.
