This amazing fortified beverage is so nuanced and delicious, what a great chance to try several styles under the guidance of a certified Sherry Educator. Paul watkin has sourced some hard to find examples especially for this event.

The standards of care in every bottle labeled “Sherry” were set down by Roman writer Lucius Junius Moderatus Columella in the first year of the Christian era, and have survived to the present day.

Plus, the snacks that work with it are rich and yummy!
