Total Body with Pam
Everyone welcome general multi-level class with weight/strength component. This class may be held outside weather permitting.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class with your water, mat, comfortable clothing and running shoes that support your feet and ankles. Weights are optional for all classes (please bring your own). Wear your mask when entering and exiting the building.

Christmas is coming and so is the Fanny Bay Christmas Market! Over 30 vendors will be selling a variety of interesting items over two days – Saturday and Sunday, November 21 and 22, at the Fanny Bay Community Hall. There will be no concession this year, but be sure to check out the OAP Bake Sale (Saturday only and take home some goodies. COVID-19 vaccine card (with government-issued photo ID) and masks required for entry.

Fibre Arts Network presents Threads of Hope. Threads of Hope is an exhibition of 52 artworks by 48 fibre artists, each personally interpreting hope (or lack thereof) for the future. These exhibition pieces flow from one to the other with a ‘thread of hope’ connecting them. Thus, completing a line of artists, joining forces to improve our world.
