About this Event
Copper Etched Christmas Ornament Class
NO experience is necessary.
Materials: 3 copper ornaments supplied
(Please read the safety requirements below. Please supply your own safety glasses and apron to protect your clothes)
Join Debé for a hands-on workshop where you will learn how to etch a design on 3 copper ornaments as pictured. The largest one is just under 3" and the others are approx. 2" each.
You will learn how to use a variety of resists to create your design. If you have any favourite stamps, bring them along or you can even choose to draw your own design to personalize your ornaments.
These make the perfect handmade gift just in time for the holiday season.
SAFETY:
Please do not wear open-toed shoes or sandals
Long hair should be tied back
Please wear something with close-fitting sleeves
An apron is recommended
PLEASE SUPPLY:
- Safety glasses recommended
- Bring an apron to protect your clothes
