PEAS in a POD Pendant Workshop
MATERIALS INCLUDED IN WORKSHOP: Copper, copper wires and 3 pretty little dyed freshwater pearls (several colors to choose from)
UPGRADE from Copper to Sterling Silver: add $20.00 (upgrade payable in cash or e-transfer to instructor). Please contact me upon registration to ensure I have a Sterling Silver Kit available for you in the workshop.

Type of Class: Demonstration and hands-on
Class Overview: Come and enjoy a few hours of creative time with other like-minded people and make you're very own "Three Peas in a Pod" (aka "captured pearls") pendant. Learn how to anneal metal so it is easier to add a pattern to the metal and to form into a pod to capture your pearls. Learn to make a wire-wrapped bail so it is ready to hang on your favourite chain. You'll leave with one "Peas in a Pod" pendant to wear yourself or as a beautiful gift for someone special. If you have keepsake pearls of your own you'd like to use, please bring them along.
Make it for someone special or with someone special.
PLEASE SUPPLY:
- Bring an apron to protect your clothes
- Earplugs are recommended if your ears are sensitive to hammering metal
- The studio can be on the chilly side, so please dress in layers but be sure to wear close-fitting sleeves.
REFRESHMENTS: Please bring your own beverage(s), shacks &/or lunch.
CLASSROOM SIZE: This class will remain stall at 4 spots available so as to allow spacing for everyone's comfort.
