Lynda Smith ~ Sow, Grow, Eat, Repeat: Succession planting in the vegetable garden.
Lynda Smith is passionate about helping people transform their lawn to food production. She lives in Comox, where she and her husband Dave grow food on their acre lot. Their excess bounty is shared with the neighbourhood at her Lawn to Food urban farmstand. Interest in the farmstand really took off in 2016 after Lynda competed on the Food Network's Chopped Canada where she was excited to share her grow food message with a national audience. Come and hear Lynda's thoughts and ideas about succession planting in the home garden.
