"My Journey" Exhibition by Regina Seib
"believe that spark of creativity is given to us by our Creator. That keen desire to make marks on paper began as a young child. I had found my passion even then. Inspiration began with appreciation of and imitating the world around me including wildlife. As time went on I desired more freedom in expressing myself. I began shifting my focus in new and unique ways with colour, composition, texture and movement.
"Reality and impressionistic images remain in some of my work, however exploring abstraction gives me great joy and satisfaction. What is unique about my work is versatility; to this day I have an insatiable desire to constantly explore new ideas expanding my boundaries in both abstract and referential images in different mediums. This is what keeps me fresh and motivated.
"I am encouraged by the positive affirmations of Colleagues, Art Educators and Clients. This challenges me to greater heights, trusting my instincts and creativity to continue to produce works of art. My fulfillment is in the creative process and seeing that process to completion."
