Art Bites: One Stroke with Lori Schiersmann
Lori Schiersmann is an Elite Certified One Stroke Instructor. "One Stroke" is a combination of using 2-3 colours of acrylic paint on one brush and blending to create shading and highlighting all in one stroke. This brush stroke is a fun and satisfying technique used to create "Folk Art" and can be used in many other painting subjects. About Art Bites: Art Bites is an 8-week course designed to give you a taste of a variety of art mediums. Each 2-hour class introduces you to a new medium and show you the basic techniques using a small array of supplies. Go home each week with a piece of your own and a sense of how this art medium works. Pick and choose one or more classes. Classes are $30 each, 4 for $#100 or take all 8 for 200. Register online or at the MAC office.
