Are you looking for an exercise class that will have you craving more and get you off the treadmill and tedium of life?
Are you ready to completely change not only your body but your relationship with your body?
THEN GET READY FOR NIA and dance, move, laugh, shake and put PLEASURE into moving your body!
Experience Nia in this 2 hour playshop designed specifically for beginners. We’ll introduce the basic concepts and principals of Nia and get moving in a beginning-level Nia class
All levels of fitness are welcome and no experience is needed
This event will be led by Tristin Campbell and Laurie Redberger.
Both Tristin and Laurie offer on going Nia classes in Nanaimo and Tristin also teaches in Qualicum Beach.
