Interactive participation in the discovery of the ancient wisdom of Yoga and its application to practice and daily life. Discussion is generated through readings from ancient texts such as: Bhagavad Gita, The Upanishads, The Rig Veda, The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and others. All welcome.
While this is a Karma (free) class, donations to the Qualicum Beach Bear Smart Community Program are gratefully accepted!
