I teach a style of Hatha yoga that develops strength, endurance, and optimal body alignment, in addition to flexibility and relaxation. Standing poses are emphasized to build strength and ease of movement, increase general vitality, and improve circulation, coordination, and balance. Postures for deep relaxation are also introduced. Gradually sitting and reclining postures, forward bends, inversions, backbends and twists are introduced as well as some pranayama.

REDress Project Opening Ceremony
REDress Project, an installation art project that serves as a visual reminder of the number of Aboriginal women across Canada who are no longer with us.
An opening ceremony to mark the beginning of the REDress Project installation will take place on Nov 25 at 9:30am. Mayor and Council, Chief Recalma, and the Canadian Federation of University Women will be in attendance.
