Harold Allanson Exhibition

I teach a style of Hatha yoga that develops strength, endurance, and optimal body alignment, in addition to flexibility and relaxation. Standing poses are emphasized to build strength and ease of movement, increase general vitality, and improve circulation, coordination, and balance. Postures for deep relaxation are also introduced. Wired at the Cathouse
Sheena McCorquodale has been teaching monthly Weekend Wire Workshops for the past couple of years. The workshops are 2 days, Saturday & Sunday, 10am to 4pm. Students send a photo of something they would like to make. Sheena creates a pattern based on the photo with approx. 2' x 2' dimensions. Zumba is an exercise fitness program, involved dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included.
Our Zumba Dance Fitness Class is for everyone (except kids) who is interested in moving their body and getting in shape.
We have a class every Wednesday at 12:30 at Luxe Studio’s(#4 – 2330 McCullough Road).
We are also planning to have a class on the first Saturday of the month at the same time and same place.
