The Qualicum Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Qualicum Beach invites children 12 & under (accompanied by adults) to trick-or-treat in Downtown Qualicum Beach! From 3pm-5:00pm, participating downtown merchants will hand-out treats to kids dressed in costume.
