Mark Hellman is delighted to bring his rollicking musical tribute to legendary folksinger and social activst, Pete Seeger, to Ground Zero Acoustic Lounge in Parksville on October 10. Mark has been touring this show around BC and across Canada since 2015, and will be taking it on tour to the United States for the first time in November.
This ‘musical memoir’ is told entirely in Seeger’s own words (from his 1972 autobiography) and features 29 favourite songs from his early years (1935-70), inviting the audience to sing along at every turn. Originally produced by the Other Guys Theatre Co. in 2015, this show is suitable for ages 8 to 98!
