Festival of Lights 2018 is nearing quickly. This year’s light up is Thursday, November 29. A reminder that light up night has always been the last Thursday of November.
From the last Thursday in November until the second Sunday in January, Ladysmith is ignited with the life of thousands of twinkling Christmas lights.
The Kinsmen Light-up Parade will kick off the 2018 season at 6:40pm. For more information on all the great activities taking place please visit our website.

Standing poses, seated poses, twists, balancing postures, shoulder stand and the practice of deep relaxation/pranayama. This class also begins the exploration into the arm and shoulder work necessary to perform Salamba Sirsasana – Headstand.
