WorkWrite Consulting’s informative full-day workshop is designed to help small business owners and supervisors who are new to employee management.
This 6-hour workshop will provide basic, easy-to-implement tools and strategies to successfully manage the human resource side of your business or non-profit.
AFTER ATTENDING THIS WORKSHOP, PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ABLE TO:
1. Understand how to identify, recruit and on-board the best people for their organization
2. Engage employees through staff recognition and build a culture of appreciation
3. Manage employee feedback conversations and learn how to give ongoing, constructive feedback on employee performance
