Monet ReVisited Exhibit - Robert Held
The singular exhibit of the summer, renowned glass artist Robert Held recreates Monet's garden at Giverny is this stunning multi-medium exhibit. Glass, water, and art come together in Held's homage to one of the most influential impressionist painters ever.
Held's fascination with glass has always been the colour and transparency and Monet has always been his 'go to' artist for colour and flowers. He has created entire lines for his glass production; "Poppy", "Flower Bouquet" and now "Giverny" and the wonderful magic lily ponds.
Experience Monet this summer with Robert Held's Monet ReVisited, at the McMillan Arts Centre, 133 McMillan Street, Parksville, BC. This exhibit runs July 22 to September 1, 2018. Gallery Hours: Tuesday - Sunday, 10am to 4pm.
