The QF Canadian Open Sand Sculpting Competition & Exhibition begins with the "pound up" on Thursday July 12th, when sculptors build and fill their forms. Once their forms are filled and the sculptor feels they are solidly packed, they may remove their forms and begin carving. 61st Annual Qualicum Beach Ocean Mile Swim
Take part in this long standing community event on Sunday, August 19th, that celebrates the beauty of our oceanfront community of Qualicum Beach. All levels of fitness and those who just want to support participants are welcome. The one mile course runs along the shoreline of picturesque Qualicum Beach.
