Yoga on the Beach 2018
Join us for our 7th summer of Yoga on the Beach at Parksville Community Park Beach (Mon, Wed, Fri) and at Qualicum Beach (Tues, Thurs) from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Everyone is welcome! By donation only to support local charities: Forward House and two student scholarships.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings on the lawn near the end of Beachside Drive in the Parksville Community Beach Park off Corfield Street (drive into the park past the concession stand, turn right, and follow Beachside Dr to the end).
Tuesday and Thursday mornings on the lawn next to the Qualicum Beach Visitor Centre at 2711 Island Hwy West (19A) near Memorial Avenue.
Certified instructors Dr. Barbara Low and Charlotte Crowley lead outdoor sessions on the grass - hatha style comfortable yoga fun for all ages and experience levels. Bring your mat/towel, sunblock, hat, water, cover up, and sunglasses. Weather permitting.
