The Old School House Arts Centre (TOSH) is gearing up for the annual Grand Prix d'Art painting race and Art in Action Art Fair on Saturday, July 28.

Our 2018 team of 10 cyclists ride in memory of family and friends to raise much-needed funds for Oceanside Hospice. Our previous teams were very successful. Each of us has committed to raise $500.00 but our team goal is much higher - $13500.00. Oceanside Hospice Wheeler cyclists ride for a special person; often someone who received care from our hospice or whose family was supported through their grieving for a loved one.

Grand Prix d'Art Painting Race
We are hosting our annual Grand Prix d'Art painting race on Saturday, July 28. This event will entice artists from around Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland out of their studios and onto the streets of Qualicum Beach to paint their visions of our beautiful community from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

Qualicum Weavers and Spinners Open House
Qualicum Weavers and Spinners will be at Art in Action hosted by T.O.S.H as well as an open studio at the Commons next door. Look for balloons and tent.
Demonstrations of spinning and weaving using our large floor loom on which we will be weaving rugs with cut-up jeans. As well as having items for sale at the booth there will be additional articles on display and for sale at the Studio where we can now accept credit cards. Free admission.
