This is a carefully structured programme for adults who want to learn healthy running skills at a personalised pace in a friendly and supportive group. This 14 week programme ends just before the Oceanside Mothers' Day 5K Walk/Run. This might just be your target!

The Soupy Cafe is open and ready for the neighbourhood to socialize on the 1st Wednesday of the Month from 12-1pm. Enjoy hot soups and home cooked meals. Everyone welcome, lunch by donation. The Clothing Corner will also be at the hall with FREE clothing.
