A fitness class for women looking for a full body workout that provides mental calm and leaves you feeling uplifted and energized. The format includes easy to learn cardio techniques integrating props such as hoops, 1/4 lb drum sticks, dance steps and Yoga-Pilates inspired core work and stretch. Each class finishes with a meditation. Bring yoga mat. Classes are 1 hr 15 min.
