Get fit, have fun, Learn to Run in 2018 with Team ORCA. You don't have to be a runner or have previous running experience to take part. This is a carefully structured programme for adults who want to learn healthy running skills at a personalised pace in a friendly and supportive group. This 14 week programme ends just before the Oceanside Mothers' Day 5K Walk/Run. This might just be your target!
