The Indoor Pickleball program runs from early October to late April. Drop-in play is on (most) Tuesday evenings from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Mixed doubles play on three courts, cost is $4.00 per session, balls are provided and some spare paddles are available. Program is restricted to current PGOSA members.

Every Tuesday, during the school year. Umi Wado Kai Karate teaches the art of self-defence, while instilling a strong sense of self-discipline, self-confidence, respect and humility. Classes are geared for ages 7 and up and emphasize skill development in a fun and interactive way.
