Join Smoke ‘N Water restaurant on December 25th for our 5th annual Parksville & Area Christmas dinner buffet.
Honey roasted leg of ham, slow roasted turkey, prime rib, lemon thyme Sockeye salmon, brown butter & rosemary sweet potato gratin, roasted garlic & chive buttermilk mashed potatoes, roasted vegetable quinoa cakes, cranberry & orange brandy stuffing, Brussel sprouts, bacon with caramelized onions, honey thyme glazed carrots. Plus bread, salads, sauces, and of course, dessert! Includes coffee, tea, juice or soda.
