Iyengar Yoga with Crystal – Level 1/2 Drop-In

This class offers dedicated students finer instruction aimed at gaining further clarity of Iyengar Yoga. Standing poses, seated poses, twists, balancing postures, shoulder stand and the practice of deep relaxation/pranayama. This class also begins the exploration into the arm and shoulder work necessary to perform Salamba Sirsasana – Headstand.
