We are excited to offer this FUN fitness class again starting in October. Cardio Dance Club is a follow-along dance fitness class. It is open to all skill and fitness levels. So get your groove on and follow along as our instructor, Jen deHaan, guides you through a series of choreographed dance moves. I have been a musician since the age of 14 in 1964.
I began as a singer playing R&B and Soul music in the early 1960’s. In 1967 I began to play Bass in a Psychedelic Band “MICKEY RAT” and have been a Bass player ever since.
I began writing my own songs in the early 1980’s as well as playing Acoustic guitar.
My 1st CD was recorded in Virginia Beach, Va. in 1991. I was distributed by MCA Records st the time.
