Cardio Dance Club: Errington Series
We are excited to offer this FUN fitness class again starting in October. Cardio Dance Club is a follow-along dance fitness class. It is open to all skill and fitness levels. So get your groove on and follow along as our instructor, Jen deHaan, guides you through a series of choreographed dance moves. Each class will feature a mix of modern radio hits and old-school classics. Jen's enthusiasm will encourage you to get your heart rate up and your feet moving.

Umi Wado Kai Karate teaches the art of self-defence, while instilling a strong sense of self-discipline, self-confidence, respect and humility. Look for sessions of Walking Soccer at Arbutus Meadows, Nanoose starting Sept 20. The event will be held each Tuesday and Thursday during the fall. No experience needed... if you can walk and use your feet - you can play. No Contact! No Running! Lots of Banter...
Just bring some water and a white or black T-shirt (re setting up sides).
It's a great day at the Arbutus Meadows Event Centre, and it's only $65 for the season!

Youth Drop-In Basketball (16+)
Swing by the Coombs Fairgrounds Gymnasium for a fun night of drop-in basketball. Equipment will be provided, but participants are asked to come prepared wearing clothing they can move in and running shoes. No registration is required, but you will need to sign a participation waiver upon arrival.
