Stroke Improvement Clinic 12yrs+
Improve your swimming strokes to reach your fitness goals or prepare for an aquatic course. This one day class will focus on stroke technique and drills. You will also receive a workout to continue your swim training on your own pace. Participants must be able to swim 100 meters non-stop. Ravensong Aquatic Centre, Thursday, November 15th from 6:30 to 7:30 pm, cost is $10.80.
