Cardio Dance Club: Errington Series
We are excited to offer this FUN fitness class again starting in October. Cardio Dance Club is a follow-along dance fitness class. It is open to all skill and fitness levels. So get your groove on and follow along as our instructor, Jen deHaan, guides you through a series of choreographed dance moves. Each class will feature a mix of modern radio hits and old-school classics. Jen's enthusiasm will encourage you to get your heart rate up and your feet moving.

Create your own unique Fairy Door from our various sizes and shapes of wood doors. Paint your door then decorate it from our variety of adornments. We will then seal them to make them more weather resistant. All supplies are included and all ages are welcome; $15/person or family making 1 Fairy Door. This class offers dedicated students finer instruction aimed at gaining further clarity of Iyengar Yoga. Standing poses, seated poses, twists, balancing postures, shoulder stand and the practice of deep relaxation/pranayama. This class also begins the exploration into the arm and shoulder work necessary to perform Salamba Sirsasana – Headstand.

Since our own founding in 2006, Oceanside Grandmothers to Grandmothers have campaigned to raise awareness of the impact of the AIDS pandemic on Africa and to raise funds for the grassroots projects of the Stephen Lewis Foundation. Swing by the Coombs Fairgrounds Gymnasium for a fun night of drop-in basketball. Equipment will be provided, but participants are asked to come prepared wearing clothing they can move in and running shoes. No registration is required, but you will need to sign a participation waiver upon arrival.
