Cardio Dance Club: Errington Series
We are excited to offer this FUN fitness class again starting in October. Cardio Dance Club is a follow-along dance fitness class. It is open to all skill and fitness levels. So get your groove on and follow along as our instructor, Jen deHaan, guides you through a series of choreographed dance moves. Each class will feature a mix of modern radio hits and old-school classics. Jen's enthusiasm will encourage you to get your heart rate up and your feet moving.

They are usually unplugged and are strictly for non-amplified instruments (ie. acoustic guitars, ukeleles, mandolins, harmonicas, hand drums etc. No electric instruments on these days.

Wreath presenters are to be at the Cenotaph by 10:30am. Muster in front of Legion at 146 West Hirst Avenue at 10:30am for the parade to the Cenotaph. There is a school bus available at the branch to transport veterans to the cenotaph and back to the branch before and after the ceremony.
