Island Luthiers Guild Annual Guitars by Hand Show
Admission is Free. Come and see hand crafted guitars, ukeleles, banjos, lutes and other fine musical instruments. Meet the makers face to face. Featuring fabulous wood, exotic inlays and amazing workmanship by builders from the Island, Gulf Islands and Powell River.
This year, Reuben Forslund, a luthier from Sooke, will bring his "Hendrix Homewood guitar" made from assorted wood salvaged from Jimi Hendrix's childhood home.
If you are interested, come and look - come and listen, lots to see, remember it's free.
