January 27, 2018 at the Qualicum Beach Civic Centre. The night out in support of salmon will feature a seafood reception followed by a delicious buffet dinner and exciting auctions and raffles. Since 1999, the Foundation’s Community Salmon Program has directed $550,914 into 76 volunteer driven community-based salmon projects in the Oceanside region, thanks in part to funds raised at this event. By partnering grants with local fundraising efforts, volunteers in Oceanside have leveraged these grants to generate a total value of more than $2.64 million for the community.
