The NCS elves are beginning to dust the Christmas trees off, pull gifts, wrapping paper, and decorations out of storage and get ready for our 2017 Elf Program.
Trees, with Santa hat tags attached, will be on display starting November 15th in about ten locations dotted throughout the region. Each “elf hat” tag will indicate a special gift (“pajamas for a 9 yr old boy”, “$25 i-Tunes gift card”, Petro-Canada gas card, etc.) or a request for a cash donation.
