Tracey has a deep interest in teaching yoga to those that are suffering from chronic pain and illness such as arthritis and other joint and muscle disorders. She has learned the importance of staying active and working with physical challenges to overcome pain. Tracey’s style of class offers meditation ideas, proper breathing techniques along with fluid body movements to get the joints mobile before stretching.

Help Nanaimo make this the greatest Toy Drive we have had to date. Starting Nov. 16-Dec 16 you are encouraged to donate an unwrapped toy(s), gifts, books and stuffed animals for children 0-16. Gifts for our teenagers are always in need. Items can be left at the different drop off sites around town including Nanaimo Shopping Centres, Nanaimo Firehalls, Coastal Community Credit Unions, Nanaimo Museum, Wolf/Wave Radio Station to name a few. The Community Cadence Foundation and Rogue Planet will be hosting the 4th annual Christmas charity event, Hip Hops Toys for Tots from 7:30-10:30pm. The CCF will throw a live performance event including some of the very best up and coming local Hip Hop artists, including Butterfinger Bombsquad, Teenwolf, Independent Generation and headlined by Moka Only. All proceeds from this event will go towards low-income families within the local community of Nanaimo.
