Our kick-off evening starts Thurs, Nov. 30th with a parade at 6:40pm, there will also be mobile concessions, The 11th Annual Christmas Craft Fair, Starlight Shopping and more! This year's singing and dancing extravaganza includes musical tributes to The Beatles, Nina Simone, Rod Stewart and Lady Gaga. Also Broadway showstoppers from 'Mary Poppins' and many more classical hits and Christmas favorites including the old classic ‘White Christmas’.

The benefits include increased mobility, stability and strength. Yoga philosophy is introduced. These classes are suitable for all beginning students in Iyengar Yoga.
