VIU Seasonal Soiree. Join Vancouver Island University’s Culinary and Hospitality Management students for this spectacular festive banquet-style event. This is a unique opportunity to celebrate the season with friends, clients or colleagues while contributing to a one-of-a-kind educational opportunity for our VIU students.
The evening begins at 6pm with reception style canapes followed by a 3-course plated dinner at 7pm. Finish with a seasonally inspired dessert buffet and live musical entertainment by Doubleplay.
